Why Vantage Proof

Commercial insight. Human evidence. Systemic perspective.

Vantage Proof brings together marketing strategy, insights and coaching psychology to help leaders see what conventional performance and change metrics can miss.

Why this work exists

Change is rarely experienced one initiative at a time.

Conditions for Capacity™ was developed in response to a recurring organisational gap. Change frameworks can guide implementation and adoption, while engagement, wellbeing and performance measures report separate parts of the employee experience. What is often missing is a clear view of the cumulative pressure building between them.

Vantage Proof examines how people are functioning and the organisational conditions shaping that experience, so leaders can identify emerging risk before it becomes a visible business cost.

A multidisciplinary foundation

Built to connect human experience with business reality.

01

Marketing strategy and insights

Marketing strategy and insights roles across South Africa and Australia bring a disciplined focus on evidence, business context and decision quality, with consumer and human behaviour forming a common thread.

02

Applied coaching psychology

Postgraduate education in applied coaching supports a practical understanding of how people function, adapt and lead under pressure.

03

Change and sustainable leadership

Change theory and sustainable leadership connect individual experience with the systems, demands and conditions shaping performance.

Founder perspective

Developed by Lisa Vorster.

Lisa is an executive coach and capacity consultant with a background in marketing strategy and insights roles across South Africa and Australia. Consumer behaviour and human behaviour have been a common thread throughout her career, shaping her curiosity about what influences how people think, decide, adapt and act. Her work is informed by evidence-based positive psychology, applied coaching, change theory and sustainable leadership.

“I developed Conditions for Capacity™ to help organisations look upstream of performance and make better decisions about the conditions people need to absorb continuous change.”
